Noindex / robots meta checker
A noindex directive is an instruction, not a suggestion. Staging leftovers that ship to production are the usual way a finished page stays invisible.
What we measure
We read <meta name="robots"> (and report when it is absent — that defaults to indexable). A noindex in that tag is a fail: the page asked not to be indexed.
When noindex is correct
Thank-you pages, filters, cart, internal search. Never on the URL you are trying to rank. After launch, grep the template for noindex before you look at title length.
